How long will it take to get my order?
Keep in mind every set is made to order because everyone's sizes are unique.
Processing time will be 3-5 business days.
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
How do I order my correct size?
Do you accept cancellations or returns?
We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
After the 24 hours, you are agreeing to wait for your item to be made and no refunds will be issued. Please note that poor timing/planning, not reading the FAQ's and not reading the listing descriptions are not excuses.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final (except in the case of products delivered in a defective or damaged state. This rarely happens, but if so, please email Alisha@SpaLisha.com and include 1 or more images of the item(s).
SpaLisha's Designs
All designs here are a 100% SpaLisha Design. Nail sets may not look exactly like the picture described. For example a flower placement may not be in the same exact spot or color of the display picture.
How long will my nails stay on? Are the nails strong?
Our nails are much stronger than store-bought Press-Ons and made with at least 3 coats of gel polish. Most designs have a coat of hard gel which makes the nails strong but still able to flex.
What happens if I order the wrong size?
All our nails are handmade with love and hours of hard work, so unfortunately we cannot be responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We have a sizing guide with measurement instructions in our FAQ and in every listing available to safeguard against this!
Do you work with influencers?
Absolutely!
I entered the wrong address/my order was misdelivered! What happens now?
We ship all orders to the exact address entered, so please make sure there are no typos or extra/missing numbers. Remember to include your apartment number if you have one!
SpaLisha is not financially responsible for incorrect addresses, typos, postal errors, etc. You must pay to reship items that have bounced back to us. If your order is returned to us by USPS for any reason, we will contact you asking for another address to ship to, then invoice you the shipping fee. Once that is paid, your package will be on the way.
If you enter the wrong address or think you have made a typo, don't be afraid to notify us immediately so we can catch it before your shipping label is printed!

What comes with my order?
You will receive:
1. Your set of press-on nails.
2. Detailed instructions for application.
3. Full nail kit: Cuticle Pusher, Nail File, Professional Nail Glue & 1 Alcohol Wipe.
How long will my order take to ship?
CURRENT CREATION TIMES FOR HANDMADE PRESS ON NAILS ARE 1 WEEK.
This turnaround is for the creation/processing time, NOT how long it'll take for your package to be delivered. How fast you receive your order after it is completed depends on the shipping type you select at checkout:
First Class: 3-5 Business Days
Priority: 1-3 Business Days
Priority Express: 1-2 Business Days
Can I get my nails rush delivered?
If you need to rush your order for an event, photoshoot, or anything else, please contact us before placing the order. We'll let you know whether we have the time in our schedule and we can discuss rush pricing. Rush pricing varies by how many nail sets are included in the order. Please DO NOT ask us to rush an order that was already placed, we need to know beforehand.
SpaLisha is NOT responsible for any harm that may be caused by any of the products that are sold on this website.
